Photo & Video Release

When you and the child enter a World Outreach Church (“WOC”) event or program, including Baby Dedication, you enter an area where photography, audio, and video recording may occur. By entering the event premises, you for yourself and the child consent to interview(s), photography, audio recording, video recording and its/their release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for news, web casts, streaming, promotional purposes, telecasts, advertising, inclusion on sanctuary screens, websites, social media, streaming, or any other media formats that are developed in the future, or any other purpose by WOC and their affiliates and representatives. You specifically grant permission and rights to WOC and their affiliates and representatives to use yours and the child’s image, likeness, and sound of your and the child’s voice as recorded on audio or video tape, including the use of your and the child's identifiable image when not a part of a larger group. Images, photos and/or videos of you and the child may be used to promote similar WOC and their affiliates and representatives events in the future, highlight the event and exhibit the capabilities of WOC and their affiliates and representatives. You for yourself and the child, release WOC and their affiliates and representatives, including their trustees, directors, officers, and employers, and each and all persons involved from any liability connected with the taking, recording, digitizing, or publication and use of interviews, photographs, computer images, video and/or sound recordings. You also grant WOC the right to market and sell copies in its sole discretion. By entering the event premises, you waive all rights you or the child may have to any claims for payment or royalties in connection with any use, exhibition, streaming, web casting, televising, or other publication of these materials, regardless of the purpose or sponsoring of such use, exhibiting, broadcasting, web casting, or other publication irrespective of whether a fee for admission or sponsorship is charged. You for yourself and the child also waive any right to inspect or approve any photo, video, or audio recording taken by WOC and their affiliates and representatives, or the person or entity designated to do so by WOC and their affiliates and representatives. You also agree that WOC will not be responsible for any other user's reproduction, display, distribution or modification of any images or the child's images in any manner, nor will WOC be responsible for defamation, misrepresentation or criminal acts by any unauthorized use of WOC's image of you and the child by third parties. You have been fully informed of your consent, waiver of liability, and release before participating in the event.
